Delivery Policy

We arrange delivery and setup through local providers at or near cost to keep the purchase process simple for customers without transport equipment.

You may request a drop location on site. If a delivery truck becomes stuck during placement, the customer is responsible for recovery or towing.

TitanFactoryHome is not liable for loss or damage due to late or delayed delivery. If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, claims follow the delivering carrier's process.

Ensure clear access for the delivery vehicle, a prepared foundation or pad, and any required permits before the scheduled date.

Delivery is quoted based on the distance from our nearest yard to your site. Enter your ZIP code on any home page or at checkout for an all-in price including freight.

Have someone on site to sign for delivery and confirm placement. Our crew will position and level the home; connecting utilities and skirting are typically arranged separately with a local contractor.
